I've sent redboy emails explaining my reasoning, but I'm voting "NO on DDP!!"

I haven't listened to the show yet. But I know that I go to Disney about 4 times a year and never get the meal plan. I believe sometimes that it is free, that is the only time that I would go for it.

Wow, Animal Kingdom Lodge! Amy where did you get that great coupon? I am still against the meal plan, sorry Amy.

Amy is ABSOLUTELY on target. Voice mail breaks out my logic. Doug, from the back 40... out.

Katie: The problem with the "free" dining plan is that you have to pay rack rate for your room. Where as normally you can get in on some special. So it turns out to be about equal. Disney doesn't give anything away for free.

I generally like the idea of "All Inclusives resorts".
When I'm on vacation, the last thing i want worry about is carrying cash and having to figure out where i'm going to eat.
It sounds likes you are going to a good place and likely to have good meals. Just enjoy the vacation.

I'm no lawyer redboy, but since this is the podcast court let me explain something to you about the law...the law of nature that is. Men need women more than women need men. If it doesn't endanger yourself or others then do whatever Amy says. Have you learned nothing in all your years of marriage?!?

Oh, I did not know that Disney makes you pay full price for the room in exchange for the "no charge" meal plan. I usually get my room on a promo price.

We get 40% off the room but pay for the meal plan...so do the math as you will
